Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All payments are to be made in the currency and via the method specified on the booking platform.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

The participation fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for medical reasons, personal emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the camp for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics), you will receive a full refund of the total camp fee paid to us.

The organizer is not liable for any incidental expenses or costs you may have incurred, such as flights, accommodation, or other travel-related bookings.

4. Travel Arrangements & Insurance

The camp fee includes only the services as explicitly described in the camp itinerary (e.g., accommodation, meals, coaching sessions as listed). It does not include airfare or other travel to and from the camp location.

We highly recommend that you wait to book your flights until you have received official written confirmation from us that the camp is guaranteed to proceed. If you choose to book travel in advance, you do so at your own risk. We further advise you to book flexible travel options and to secure comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and personal liability.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a sufficient level of physical fitness and health to undertake the camp’s activities. It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and to carry any necessary personal medications.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the camp, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in physical activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizing company and its staff shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss experienced by a participant during the camp.

7. Agreement

By completing the booking and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
